Tribute to Hero, VC, Lachhuman Gurung Passed Way

We are saddened with the news that one of the Victoria Cross holders, hero, retired Gurkha Soldier, Lacchiman Gurung passed away yesterday in Charing Cross Hospital, London. The centre for Nepal studies UK prays for eternal peace to the departed hero and heartfelt condolence go to his families. He was conferred with the VC for his heroic bravery during the Second World War.
